Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought two of these because of the reviews, even though they're pretty pricey compared to others. One lasted about two months and almost completely frayed in half (no my dog didn't chew it). The other one is just starting to fray. So i contacted 2 Hounds Design to get a replacement. I got an email from Leah. She asked for a photo of the harness. I sent it to her. Four days later, still no response. I email again. She asks for my address to email me the RMA. I send it to her. Twelve days later still no response. I email again. Both Leah and Suzanne send me the RMA. I'm now expected to pay shipping to send it in for "repair". I'm not quite sure how they plan to repair a ripped nylon harness. Are they going to bust out a sewing machine? I'm also not going to pay to ship it with their track record and the fact I already sent them a picture which should be more than sufficient. So I just went and bought another harness that so far has way outshined this one.
