Normally I don't write negative reviews but this this time I'll make an exception. Unfortunately, I tried Heal-n Soothe when my arthritis was acting up and I didn't have a prescription. I was desperate! After reading all the testimonials, I decided to try it and besides their website said that if you don't like the product you can return it for a refund. Unfortunately, Heal and Soothe didn't work so I stopped taking it. Well, some how I got on their auto-ship program and I wasn't quick enough about stopping the autoship at 50.00 a bottle. No problem, I will just return the two UNOPENED bottles I had received. So I called their "customer care" line and asked them to halt the auto ship program and also asked where to return the two unopened bottles. The "the customer care" person at the other end of the line said since they were autoshipped they won't take them back! One hundred dollars down the drain! So the bottom line is this: If they lie about having a money back guarantee what else are they not being truthful about?
