Won’t Replace Defectice Unit
I’ve had my Nest for a little over two years. Today it disconnected from our WiFi and Nest says the WiFi chip is bust. They will give me a 20% discount, but not replace the product. How does a company sell an electronic device that fails after a few years and not honor its workmanship. I have iPads over 5 years old that can connect to the internet. This is ridiculous.
