Had a cousin that is no longer with us because of the false advertising on this phone case. She was under the impression that it could be used to break a window in case of an emergency, as she fairly regularly drives off the road and ends up in some very strange situations. Little did she know that last Thursday would be the last time she ever drove off anything again. She drove off the Topeka boulevard bridge and landed in the Kansas river with me as a passenger. She had ordered the phone case a few months ago and had briefly told me about it but not really shown it to me except for her holding it in her hand. After we hit the water, the car immediately started to fill because my window was partially down before our wreck. I could see her frantically fumbling for the phone after the impact and remember wondering what she could possibly be searching for when she finally pulled it out. Puzzled as to why she needed to call someone at that moment, I unbuckled my seat belt as she started beating the window relentlessly with the phone to what seemed like no avail. I looked over and told her to forget about it and get out of her seat belt, but she kept swinging and wouldn't acknowledge me. I had already gotten out of my window and was free of the car at this point. She kept hitting that window as the car slowly sank out of sight. I was so puzzled and dumbfounded at her actions that I couldn't help her. I mean my feet could touch the bottom so I honestly didn't think the car would sink. I was wrong. I calmly walked out of the river as the water is hardly moving at this part, all the while staring at the last place I saw the car, wishing there was something more I could have done. I never saw her again. Some say that on cold late nights, one might see strange lights not far under the waters surface if you look hard enough...the water is basically raw sewage so it's not to clear or transparent... When I saw the lights I knew, my cousin was down there... eternally trying to break that glass and I couldn't help but admire her fierce determination. This product is why my cousin is not with us today, so I'm giving it one star.
