The posters are a nice size and quality but my issue was the emotions poster. The children of color on the poster were all assigned mostly negative emotions and one neutral emotion. The white children were assigned mostly positive or benign emotions. I threw the poster away. It's little things like that, that create bias in children without even realizing it. I'm sure the creator of the poster didn't do that on purpose but unconscious bias is so real. I do believe that bias affected its creation. I won't recommend the posters to my teacher friends for that reason. - Kelly UPDATE: APRIL 2021 - Looks like they've updated the emotions poster with a better mixture! It looks great guys.
