This is the second time Synchrony Bank has screwed me over. I have never had a problem with any other bank and have never had a late payment. I set up automatic payments for the minimum due (6 month no interest promotion) and was going to pay off the balance on the sixth month. I got a confirmation that it was set up. Three months later I got a letter in the mail informing me that my account was being closed because I hadn't payed. This is almost exactly what they did to me before. I will NEVER use Synchrony Bank again. Amazon should be ashamed to be associated with them.
