This is a really cool concept but unfortunately lacks in delivery. The design allows for a pretty supportive system, however, this is NOT a pillow. It is a brace. There is nothing soft or cozy to nestle into. It was also a challenge for me to get adjusted and strapped into place— I can’t imagine trying to do this on a plane without elbowing my neighbors. Moreover, I felt like I was being choked at the cost of good support. The design requires the fabric to be pulled taut in order to give you proper support. This left me feeling constricted and a bit claustrophobic. This may work for for some people...for the rest of us, at least it’s free to return.
