wanted bean bags for our girls, 2 and 12, for Christmas. found these. ordered two in DIFFERENT sizes. got them, both were not only the same size, but also ridiculously small - and the most uncomfortable fabric possible. went to send the "bigger" one back, Wayfair (vendor) decides I will only get half of my refund since they calculate shipping costs at twice what they were when they shipped me the bag. as a retailer myself, if I advertise something, I have to provide my buyer with what is advertised. should I fail to do that, I need to provide the proper exchange or refund the customer 100%. clearly, Wayfair doesn't believe in that business ethic, so i suppose my business ethic will be not to shop with them in the future.
