Great brand, great ingredients. However, this product is WAY under dosed. For instance, an effective dose of Citrulline Malate is 6-8 grams! You would have to eat a lot of these pills for you to get the dosages needed to produce a noticeable effect. I wasn't getting amazing pumps, so I did some research and found peer-reviewed studies that show what these ingredients do and how much you need. Boy, did I get taken on this purchase!
