We loved the product at first. But after a hard shot to the backboard a year after purchase, it shattered. It was supposed to be shatter-proof and came with a lifetime warranty. However, after I called the company to get a replacement backboard, I was given several hoops to jump through. Pictures and order info should have been enough. They made it so difficult that I guess they were hoping I would just purchase a new one. Very disappointed that the company was so difficult to deal with. They did not stand up to their claim for shatterproof goal or lifetime warranty.
