I don't know what to say about this. I bought this item on Aug.3 and recieved it on Aug.10. I read the instructions and plugged it in as per the instructions. Now the instructions say it will take 15 to 20 hours to charge up completely. Which at that point, the red light in front goes out and you are supposed to unplug the power cord from the wall. Well here I am, a week and a day after plugging it in and its still charging (red light is still on). So I finally called Panasonic as per their pamphlet instructions (Quote: Before returning to the seller, contact Panasonic first). Well, to make a long story short, even though I have had this trimmer for less than two weeks and have never used it. . . Panasonic basicly told me Its not their problem and that I should contact Amazon and return it to them. They told me they would "only honor the warranty if I bought it from them directly". Not through Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. From them "Directly". So to that I am returning it back to Amazon and saying F**K YOU to all Panasonic products for good. I suggest you all do the same. (All this has taken place between August 03, 2015 to August 18, 2015)
