I loved the fact that there was a nice compact kitchen unit that I could use in my RV. Everything needed in a clean organized package. However after using the prep station for several weeks, I am returning it. My main complaint is that the built in utensils are very dull. For me the worst crime in the kitchen is unsharp knives, guillotines, and graters. So this prep station failed for me because of the utensils. I tried to cut an onion with the guillotine and it made about 5 good slices then it just shredded the rest of the onion. Same thing with a carrot. After that it wouldn't cut anything cleanly. I had similar problems with the grater. I was willing to invest in this system because of its portability and convenience. But what's the point if I still have to use the good quality cutlery and other utensils that I already own? The high price does not warrant me keeping this organizer.
