Bought this product as a birthday gift for my husband in March. We did not open it till this past week when we went camping for the first time. Upon opening, there was no extra packaging to show it may be new. Then, one of the burners was already brown and black, and the corners of the grill looked like someone had pried it open. We tried it anyways since we had nothing else to cook our food with for the week. After putting the propane tank in, it sounded like propane was leaking even when all the burners were off. We tried lighting it and it literally blew up at us with flames. We opened it up to find a propane gas line for one of the burners was completely disconnected and just pouring propane into the open bottom of the grill. This caused the grill to ignite into flames nearly burning us and/or injuring us severely. As I said before, we had nothing else to cook with so we tried to twist the unattached propane line to pinch it off in hopes we could use the grill. It did not work. So, we had to drive into a town the next day and purchase another camp stove for $70 at a local hardware store. I do not recommend buying this grill, at least not off amazon, if you want to ensure you get one that actually works and is not a danger to you and your family.
