I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We charged this and used very specifically per the manual. However, 6 months on, and the battery would not remain charged. The battery life had reduced on an average from 1.5 hrs. after a full charge to almost 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. No one should have to recharge hoverboard after merely 15 minutes of usage. I contacted the seller and received an email that they would not replace it. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me that it is still under warranty and what I should do now. I am very disappointed with the seller and Amazon. I am out of my money and now left with a piece of junk. I WOULD LIKE THE SELLER TO REPLACE THIS. I feel it is my duty to inform potential buyers to not buy this items from this seller. You and your children will be left very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE.
