Was really excited for this, but unfortunately it ended up being a huge letdown. My main area of pain is my neck and shoulders so I thought this would be perfect. However the heating pad does not ergonomically shape to the body well and the shoulder pads actually don’t rest well on your shoulders. So I would then have to hold the pads down to actually feel any heat, which isn’t even that strong to begin with. The neck pad barely lets off any heat and the back pad lets off a low heat at best. For any extreme back/back/shoulder pain, I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere.
