We bought this machine Nov 2018 as a gift from Santa. Just weeks after Christmas the clutch locked up for no reason. We had to take it an hour one way to an authorized Coleman repair. He kept it for 2.5 weeks. I go back to get and return home, crank and go 100 yards and chain snaps. I go a second time to same repair shop and he puts a link in broken chain. I return home with it and as I’m unloading it from truck the rear axel is still jammed up in clutch. I contact Coleman who said take it back (one hour away) to same repair shop. Weeks go by and I hear nothing from him. I call and he said Coleman won’t honor warranty even though it’s been a disaster from day one. He assures me he’ll fix it. It is June 2019 and he still has and I’ve not received any response from him. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. My family is missing out on what was suppose to be a fun gift and experience.
