I LOVE salmon skin. I cook wild salmon at home and eat the skin, I order it at sushi restaurants, I have it on salads, etc. I’m not stranger to salmon skin and have been eating it since I was a kid so I ordered these chips thinking they’d be awesome. I was wrong. The taste and texture is just wrong. It’s not crispy, more like stale. One of the bags actually arrived busted open already, but even when I opened the others I noticed a stale texture and flat taste to them. I really wanted these to be great but it just goes to show you can’t mass produce something delicious like this.
