Great Clippers But Won't Last. This is the Second one I bought because it cuts so well, very quiet and makes dog grooming for Sage only a short time. But it doesn't last more than seven clippings. I watched the movie. Did the Exact care after each clipping, cleaning the clippers, brushing, blowing out and then oiling. The last time I used it, it seemed sluggish but got the job done. Today it won't cut at all. Pretty disappointing when it is not even a year old. I know the price is just moderate; the first time I bought these same clippers it was $70. This time $40, but for $40 it doesnt seem it should be a disposable unit after only seven cuts on my little Havenese. Thus the research begins, again. To find a good quiet clipper that will cut, heavy duty; but will last. Wahl. I don't get it. Your name use to hold honor and quality. What happened?
