Pros: Device is easy to set up. Automation of CPAP cleaning is huge time saver. Device feels sturdy; quality materials. Easy to reach customer support. Cons: *THE SMELL* I can't stress enough how bad the smell is. Do you know the smell of ozone... that burnt, acidic air smell? Even after following all the instructions on how to clean/re-clean the equipment and CPAP gear AND set the machine up to minimize the odor (which the include manual does concede can be an issue), that scent is so strong that I can't use my CPAP because it literally makes me nauseous. And it isn't just me... the smell is strong enough that my wife is complaining about it as well. I'm in the process of trying some things to figure out if I can salvage this purchase because I really do like the convenience. I called support and they suggested I run the device for shorter periods. In addition, I'm going to remove the CPAP face pillow before cleaning to see if that helps. The pillow seems to trap the odor more than any part of the CPAP... even washing with soap and bleach doesn't get rid of it. I'll update my review if I find a way to be able to use this device. Otherwise, I'll be sending it back in the next few days.
