i had horrible Headaches with this. I don't know if it is even related but my friend who was 45 years old was taking these before i started and she died of having two non-hemorrhagic strokes within hours of each one. she mentioned having headaches as well when i was with her in dec. i stopped taking related to her stroke/HA or not, scared me to use anymore and didnt like the HA's
