My dog developed a terrible yeast ear infection from these (and adding these) was the only change we made. It took less than two weeks use to see a change in my dog's ears & they were totally coated inside with smelly wax - so off to the vet! Unlike the other calming product I had been using, the ingredients include several grains: Oat & Rice flour as well as Coconut Glycerin which my vet explained, digested as a very high glycemic SUGAR which fed the yeast like crazy. My advice, is to use with caution & please know there ARE other options. I did not see any improvement, to counter the suffering of the BAD ear infection -so I will return to using the other product.
