I usually wait a few months before making a review. I received my bed frame at the end of January ('17). I have had it for a month and a half now. The setup was easy and quick, and I was able to put it together all by myself. Initially, I loved the look of the frame (it helps my room feel very open with all the clearance space under the bed) and I also loved how sturdy, secure and stable it felt. For the first few weeks, it was perfect. About two weeks ago, every time my husband or I got into bed, the bed would squeak, which was something that was not happening in the beginning. After being annoyed with the squeaking every time someone moved in bed, I did some inspecting. There is a center post underneath the bed. It's a post that I had to screw in manually when I originally setup the bedframe. That post supports the weight in the center of the bed from underneath. The post had completely slipped out of position, and was side ways. This did not make sense to me because I had screwed the post in right. It turns out, the post is still screwed in right, but the welding piece that you have to screw the post into has completely come undone. While I really want to give this bed frame 5 stars, because it did everything I wanted for the look of my room...if the center post is broken, the stability and sturdiness of the bedframe is compromised. It seems like a manufacturing flaw. I am so bummed by this, since everyone else had raving reviews about the bedframe. I wish mine could be, but I will have to give it a one star.
