UPDATED - System broke down after 114 days.
UPDATED:
I have had this for a couple of weeks and am IN LOVE! Part of me is a bit scared that something will break, but so far, it's been flawless.
My only critique is this: On the spinner there are 2 lids to open; in order to close the lids you have to make sure you close the inside one first, then the outside one. If you forget to do so, they don't close... typically when I'm doing laundry, I'm doing 3 other things simultaneously and always forget. It keeps getting caught on the internal lid and I'm worried that one of these times I'm going to break it off. Just make sure to pay attention to that as you use it.
UPDATE:
Well - as fears would have it... the whole thing broke about 100 days in to owning it. It started when the drain cord became loose, so I went in to tighten it. A week later, the entire drain switch popped; turns out that each of the dials is held in place by 2 screws and plastic holds. The plastic hold on the drain dial split and the screws were gone. I was able to shimmy the dial knob back up in to place, but after a couple of days it fell out again. At this point, the dial for the washer side also stopped working. The timer works - you can still hear it ticking, but the spin cycle doesn't initiate. I removed the dashboard to see what was going on overall - nearly all of the screws have broken out of the plastic holder and are now free within the system. It won't drain properly, it won't wash properly. I've requested to return for a refund, but because I'm past the initial 60 days, I'm not hopeful. It was nice while it lasted, but it didn't last long. (Photos show the busted dashboard).
