UPDATE: I am being badgered and harassed by this seller to delete my negative feedback. I've had a total of 15 emails over the past eight days to convince me to delete my feedback. I've asked them to stop contacting me and they are still contacting me multiple times daily. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The massager was very strong and effective for "hard to reach" neck and back muscles--it seemed like the best solution I'd found. However, after only a few weeks of light use (not abuse) it stopped working properly. Now it makes a grinding noise when operating and does not have near the strength/power it used to. It could be a great product if it didn't self-destruct.
