I got two sets of these so that I would have eight of them for the kids to play with. While I was testing them out (receiver within 4-5 feet) I discovered that it doesn't matter which direction you point the guns... the other teams always get shot, no matter how crappy I am. I can even point the gun directly away from the enemy and I still get them. Pretty stupid in my opinion. So, basically, the person who pulls the trigger the fastest wins. That's not my idea of what a laser tag set should do. On the other hand, if you shoot at each other from far away it's a little more realistic.
