Terrible product! Do not buy! I read tons of reviews that suggested this was a good purchase, but I have since discovered otherwise.. Opened the box, and the machine is light and cheaply made (but looks good). I read the manual, I immediately cleaned all the parts according to the instructions, filled the tank and then turned the machine on to warm up for a bit before running the first cleaning cycles (just brewing water). This is where all me expextacrions of the machine were shattered. The first cycle I ran had the handle attachment on and it starting spewing water from everywhere but the actual port it was supposed to. I tried again, same result. Then I took the handle off, and tried again, same result and is also the video shown here. You can see water leaking out everywhere. Later I found it all under the machine and all over my counter as well. Quite a disappointment and waste of time and money.
