I purchased this product at the end of January and initially loved it. Would have rated it 5 stars. It worked great - I happily made my juice every morning. And faithfully cleaned all parts immediately after juicing as recommended. Then I began to notice that juice was somehow pooling into a tiny crevice around the bottom edge of the pulp collector in an area which is impossible to clean with a sponge, brush or any other cleaning implement. I also tried soaking it and nothing helped. Obviously there could be health/food poisoning issues if the juice can't be cleaned from the crevice. I contacted Breville and they did send a replacement for the pulp collector. It looks like the seal is in place on this one - so far so good anyway. Will have to wait and see. Would change the rating to 3 stars if I could but Amazon will not let you edit the rating.
