Love Amazon but hate Intuit. My disc arrived with a license number that did not work. I called Intuit but they would only help me if I paid $599 for support. This was support for a brand new product that did not wore!!! I called Amazon to explain my dilemma and without any question they agreed to replace it immediately and in two day I had a new disc with a correct license number. Thank goodness for Amazon. I wish I could find a replacement for Quickbooks so I did not have to deal with Intuit. I have used Quickbooks for 20 years and I have never had a positive dealing with Intuit.
