Rushed to the marketplace, book is laden with errors!
I loved Eat Dirt by Dr. Axe. It was a very informative book. He stresses the importance of making and consuming bone broth. This book seems to be an expansion set that helps find uses for the bone broth you've created, wrong! This book has many recipes that require the use of a specific bone broth protein powder product. A slight annoyance. The real problem though is that many of the recipes are incomplete. There will be ingredients in the list for a product that don't end up being used in the actual recipe. Page 100 has a recipe for Avgolemono. The final ingredient is 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. Nowhere in the instructions are you told to add the chicken to the dish. Page 103 has a recipe for Creamy Tomato Soup. It calls for 4 scoops of pure bone broth protein. Nowhere in the instructions are you told to add the bone broth protein. Golden Tea on page 76 calls for mixing coconut milk and water in the first step. The ingredient list has no mention of water and nowhere does it say how much water to add. Just add water. A drop? A quart? Who knows? Also calls for a pinch of pumpkin spice that is not included in the actual instructions. Clearly this book never saw an editor and for that reason I'd like a refund. This feels the same as purchasing a defective product.
