Jetson Customer Service Terrible
Hoverboard worked as should to begin. Then charger stopped worked after 3 weeks. Filed a warranty claim as instructed by service. Now at 3 weeks out and just keep being told they are reviewing. I contact them every 3 days and each time I'm told wait 3 days for management review.
