I just picked up my package, excited to set it up for my moms apartment. When I opened my package my Ring box didn’t have a seal, but that wasn’t a big deal. Where I got upset was when I noticed there wasn’t a back piece to mount my Ring. I’m extremely annoyed at this point. I have a few Ring products at my house, but I noticed the last 2 items I purchased are not working how they should. One of my cameras doesn’t even notify me when there’s motion at my door, and when I look back at the recording it hasn’t recorded anything.
