Our topper arrived with a hole in the cover (see photos). I don't mind paying a premium price, but when I do, I expect first quality merchandise. If you don't want to live with the torn cover, you'll have to return the entire topper, not just the damaged cover. If you do return it, you still run the risk of receiving another damaged cover with the replacement (sadly, torn covers seems to often be the case - please refer to other reviews). I cannot recommend this item since it seems that they often ship damaged goods.
