Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We had two of these. The first worked for nearly a year with no issue and then died. The second pulled on hair every few seconds (we tried this on several different family members hair). The worst thing of all is the companies return policy. They ask you to send in the product, paying shipping yourself while they consider for repair or replacement. This is NOT the type of customer-centered focus we have come to expect from companies selling on Amazon. By the time we paid for shipping we would have sunk a large portion of the original cost into a "potential" resolution to the issue. While it was out for repair, with no real timetable set for the repair, we would be paying for haircuts. This is obviously not good enough. We will be going a different direction for our family haircut needs.
