I had to call Amazon about a Sling issue that was a recurring problem requiring me to login when I should not need to. They determined that it was a Sling issue and transferred me to Sling support. The actual technical people I called were pleasant, although they blamed AMAZON for the problem. Then I was transferred to a supervisor who quickly let me know that she did NOT care at all about resolving issues or retaining customers. It was such a horrible experience I said "Maybe I should cancel my Sling." Instantly she said "I can do that for you!" She could not help with the problem, but she gleefully offered to cancel my service which I have had since I have had FireTV. I accepted her offer and let her cancel my account. Some of the WORST customer service ever!! I would not recommend using Sling at all...
