The space on top for the cords to lead out is too wide! A child can EASILY stick something in there (including their entire hand) to access empty outlets. My hand fits in!!!! Plug covers are too wide to fill the open spots and cannot overlap (their design). So other than duct or electrical tape, child still has access to open outlets on the strip? How did this piece of junk make it through quality control and safety checks?
