This collar is a great concept, but in my experience it simply wasn't workable. The collar-worn tag drains its battery within a few days. The battery that shipped with the product was dead within a few days. I then replaced it with a fresh, name-brand battery that I tested at 100% before placing into the tag. It also died within a few days. Having to replace batteries every few days is unworkable. Moreover, if my cat is lost and the device is unable to find him, how would I know whether he's actually out of range, or rather if the battery simply died overnight?
