Included in my buys of a lifetime! **Now I'm sickened*!
EDIT#3 # TWO! DO NOT BUY THIS AFTER THIS REVIEW! So half a year +/- ofter I purchase this contact this for some kind of resolution, I was contacted by the *owners* today? They told me they are a new, small business and I could bankrupt their business with my comment and that they will disburse to me $30 to remove my negative feedback. It was tempting, very much so, as we too a family a business owner and we would understand panic over a business. So to deal with that, we only use premium products and we would NEVER in any way pay someone to overthrow the system here. I come here and I HAVE to commit someone with their HONEST experience. As a matter of fact, I am considering leaving Amazon both for factors such as this and/or I went along with Amazon's quick as a flash ordering/or refunds. Shoot, anyone can get a case of mac and cheese to me in a week's time. This site states that there is a "lifetime support warranty". Welllll, the return window is now closed and I am not getting any response from the seller. I am SO sorry if my previous review caused anyone else to purchase this also. If Amazon will not make good on this, I will get my credit card on it. Originally I called this a Mac/Apple of a floor device. When I first received the package, I thought "There's no way anything of any substance is in that small box". So I open the box and there was yet a smaller box, and I was already planning the return. Well. Lo and behold, this fantastic (so far) floor mop/wax applier is a flippin' miracle. It's aesthetically pleasing, quiet, feels durable, and it *works*! It was just so well packaged that it was able to fit in such a small box, without all the excess plastic/styrofoam I usually see in similar products such as "As seen on TV" type of contraptions. (This is not an "As seen on TV" product, but most of the mop bucket, twirly wringers belong in the ASOTV category.) I'm a woman of a certain age and for my entire adult life, I have had severe back pain when mopping. I have used every gizmo out there, and they were so flimsy and/or more trouble than they're worth, that I was ready to call it a day. In full disclosure, I have not used this device to apply the floor wax as intended for fear of clogging up the works and not understanding how to empty the reservoir between mopping/waxing modes. I use the wax/floor sealer's bottle to squirt ahead of the mop and let the mop spread and polish the wax onto the floor. I DO use the mop as intended to squirt mopping fluid with, and it's a dream! I'm sure I could use it to apply hard surface sealer, but I'm in such a honeymoon phase with the regular mopping mode, that the mop solution is as far as I dare push it right now. If you're considering such a purchase, do this one. I think you would be pleasantly surprised. EDIT! I'm still hopeful, but I used it twice with a bit of Dr. Bronners and water: perfect. Then I tried a tank of Holland House cleaner and polisher, and the squirt seems irrevocably clogged. I have used a needle, a syringe, wax stripper, a small brush (baby's toothbrush) and I can't seem to undo the log jam. Vendor, please help me!
