I purchased this pump new in July 2019, and it failed by May 2020. I contacted Seaflo May 11, 2020 and they promptly responded. I attempted to bypass the pressure switch as they suggested, but the pump still didn't operate. The problem was the motor itself was locked up. Seaflo quickly offered to forward the warranty claim to a wholesaler for resolution (replacement). A month later (June 8, 2020), I followed up with Seaflo who said the wholesalers were 'behind'. It is noteworthy that if you wish to buy a unit, there seem to be plenty available. Seaflo offered to re-submit the claim. I contacted Seaflo again on July 10, 2020 and August 2, 2020, and was ignored. The lesson here is that if you purchase this pump because they offer a warranty, my experience is that they do not honor that warranty, so you may wish to purchase another pump. This pump was only used a couple of times over a three month period and then winterized (flushed and drained). As of today, it has been 87 days since I submitted the first claim, and I still don't have a replacement.
