We received the hat crushed in box way too small for it. Stetson crushable hats are supposed to return to their original shape according to their website with the help of a little steam. This one did not despite every effort made based on advice from Stetson. I don’t know if this is a design flaw, a knockoff or if it’s just because the hat was packaged poorly. UPDATE: Buyers, beware. We ordered this same hat in a different color directly from Stetson and they are NOTHING alike. The one from Stetson was properly packaged and even has tags on it. The feel is completely different. In comparison the one from amazon is floppy and will not keep its shape. We suspect it’s a knockoff and not a real Stetson.
