Waiting for Fiskars to Fix the FATAL FLAW
An excellent product, it comes with a fatal flaw. The metal claws are controlled by a plastic molded part that breaks easily.
I sent mine back, but I miss it badly. If they replaced that part with a durable metal part, I'd buy another in a heartbeat.
