This product worked great for several months. It didn’t get too hot for my feet. I absolutely loved it during the winter and even used it during the summer because my AC froze my feet in my office. Today it felt a bit too hot and I noticed a dip in the place where I put my left foot. It smelled of hot electrical and melting plastic. Upon unplugging it and turning it over I noticed that it was melting. This thing is a fire hazard.
