This is one of those teaser novellas, with the first book being free and ending on a cliffhanger. I don't feel compelled to pay for future books. The plot is interesting: a journalist who willingly enlists herself in a sex slave auction so that she can write a story about it. But she's so stupid. She thinks she will be treated well and allowed to keep her cell phone even after knowing that her roommate was savagely beaten in this scenario? And of course, along comes Ben, the Master with the heart of gold. The other men in the sex slave cabin are fairly despicable; the women seem to know what they signed up for, however. Nothing happens in the book, as you're supposed to be enticed into buying the next book. Not for me.
