I bought these locks because I loved the search alert on them. I received the locks and they looked really nice. Last night I was playing around with them and realized you can unlock them without knowing the combination. If you push in the button to unlock it and keep pressure on this button then roll the numbers, you can feel the numbers click into place. This will unlock the lock!!!! Big waste of money. I have sent an email to Tarriss. Hopefully they will respond and send me a refund. I just purchased these but when I select the return item option it says they are ineligible for return???? What's up Amazon? I have to say I contacted Tarriss about this problem and they very quickly responded and issued a refund. Customer service was excellent.
