I really never write reviews, but I read an article about this product and wanted to try it. Now I have really never had nice hair. My hair was never thick and it DOES NOT and never did have any body - stick straight! It is a recipe for truly gross, ugly hair. I have noticed over the years that especially with my blood pressure medication (even though my doctor tells me no) that my hair has thinned considerably which is terrible because my hair is considerably thin already. My hair has gotten more thin and stringy since I have started taking these vitamins! It has also become greasy. My hair is worse now than it was when I was on thyroid medication and it was falling out. It might have helped some people, but it did not help me; maybe because what little hair I have is horrible and will not restore something that was not there to begin with. What I did not expect was to wind up with worse hair. In my case the recipe has always been bad genetics, medication that make it worse, and age. If you never had "nice" hair don't expect this crap to work. It's a waste of your money.
