Good piece of garbage
It provides a very nice, and convenient workout. Only issue I have with it is that the screws & bolts become lose and pop out when you are using it knocking you in the head or some other place on your body.
Bottom line - it sucks. It came apart again ( different pieces ) and I am tired of putting it back together.
