After experiencing an intense burning while using this product, I found a piece of broken glass in the jar. (See picture.) I think there may be more in there. I have been trying to contact L'Oreal for days to let them know about the danger, but no one has responded. I guess they don't care. EDIT: I was finally able to speak to someone. After all that pain and stress and worry about glass in my eye, all they're doing is refunding my $11.58. Unbelievable. I could have gotten that just by returning it to Amazon. You'd be insane to buy this or anything else from L'Oreal.
