Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I wish this product didn't come with such older reviews. On going back now I can see most of the reviews said these gel packs came with a protective sleeve and long Velcro strap. There is even a photo of a man with one on and it is strapped on to his leg. What I got was two packs and that's all. Today I looked back and realized that apparently the ones made before 2017 came with the sleeves and were malleable but the ones you get now have nothing to protect your skin from the extreme cold and these pack also come out of the freezer like a BLOCK of ice. Surely, not everyone on here could be talking about the same product when they say they're soooo malleable right out of the freezer so I'm guessing the product may have changed? I'm disappointed to say the least. I could probably have picked up a similar product from Walmart for less.
