I purchased this in August of 2016. I was tired of the repeated political robo-calls. I continued to use it for all other unsolicited calls. Around November of 2017 I started having problems with the unit. The most annoying problem was the buttons would only work intermittently. The unit then started failing to log incoming callers. So even if the buttons worked the caller ID info wasn't there. Today the unit simply locked up. Nothing works. There is no 'reset' button and unplugging it for different lengths of time, 10 min - 1 hour, didn't help. For $100 this thing should have lasted more than 16 months. I am replacing it with a phone that will allow up to 500 blocked callers and tossing this thing in the recycle bin.
