Patience as well as knowledge plus clear English is needed
Needed to call customer service and i could tell the girl that helped me felt Put Out. Made me feel bad but at least the prob was finally resolved. She had an accent an d I dud get her name. I wont say it. I'll remember a nd not deal with her again.
