This is my second year using the heater. Today I tried to turn the heater on and it wouldn't, so I was going to try unplugging it and plugging it back in when I saw this. I call the # on the back of the heater and they were very respectful and offered me a refund, but I will not be buying one of these products again because that could have been much much worse.
